It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Our GDPR Privacy Requests page explains how you can exercise your data-protection rights and manage or withdraw certain privacy choices.

This Cookie Policy applies to visitors in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Session cookies normally expire when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies remain on your device until they reach their expiry date or you delete them through your browser settings.

The duration of a cookie depends on its purpose and provider. Shopify storefront cookies may last from one minute or one browser session up to one year. Third-party durations may differ.

A. Necessary Cookies

Necessary cookies are required for essential Store functions. They may support:

• basket and checkout functions;
• payment and fraud-prevention processes;
• security and anti-tampering controls;

• delivery-country or currency selection;
• consent-choice storage; and

These cookies cannot normally be disabled through our consent banner because the Store may not function properly without them.

Necessary and Store-function cookies

• _shopify_essential — supports essential Store, session, checkout and anti-tampering functions — up to 1 year.
• _shopify_test — checks whether the browser supports cookies — approximately 1 minute.
• _tracking_consent — stores privacy and consent preferences — up to 1 year.
• cart — stores basket information — approximately 2 weeks.
• cart_currency — remembers the basket currency — approximately 2 weeks.
• discount_code — remembers a discount code for checkout — browser session.
• localization — remembers the selected country or region — approximately 2 weeks.
• login_with_shop_finalize — supports login with Shop — approximately 5 minutes.
• shopify_pay — supports returning Shop Pay users — up to 1 year.
• storefront_digest — supports access to a password-protected storefront where applicable — up to 1 year.

Statistics and reporting cookies

• _landing_page — records the landing page used to enter the Store — approximately 2 weeks.
• _orig_referrer — records the original referral source — approximately 2 weeks.
• _shopify_analytics — supports Shopify analytics on buyer surfaces — up to 1 year.
• _shopify_s — identifies a browser session and Store combination — approximately 30 minutes with rolling expiry.
• _shopify_y — supports Shopify analytics — up to 1 year.
• shop_analytics — supports analytics connected with Shop — up to 1 year.

Marketing cookies

• _shopify_marketing — stores marketing-related information for buyer surfaces — up to 1 year.

Preference cookies

• shopify_override_user_locale — supports locale selection where applicable — up to 1 year.

Shopify may update its cookie names, purposes or durations as its services change. For current information, see Shopify’s Cookie Policy.

7. CONSENTMO

We use Consentmo as our consent-management and privacy-compliance provider.

Consentmo works with Shopify’s privacy controls to:

• display the cookie banner;
• record your consent choices;
• apply your selected cookie categories;
• help prevent optional categories from being activated before consent where required;
• support consent withdrawal; and
• maintain technical records needed to demonstrate and manage consent.

Consentmo may process technical information needed for these purposes, such as consent status, category choices, timestamps, region, IP address or device/browser information.

8. WETRACKED AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

When enabled, we use WeTracked to help measure advertising performance and attribute Store events to advertising campaigns.

Depending on our configuration, WeTracked or connected advertising platforms may process information relating to:

• browser or device identifiers;
• IP address and general location;
• referral and campaign information;
• product views;
• basket and checkout activity;
• purchase events;
• order value, currency and purchased products;
• advertising identifiers; and
• customer identifiers that may be hashed or otherwise transformed where supported.

WeTracked and connected platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, log files, browser/device identifiers or server-side conversion signals.

Where storing or accessing information on your device requires consent, the relevant browser-based technology is not activated until you give consent.

Some order or transaction information may also be processed separately from cookies for order administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

The advertising platforms connected to the Store may change over time. Before enabling a new platform that uses optional cookies or similar technologies, we will update our consent configuration and, where appropriate, this Policy.

9. OTHER SHOPIFY APPS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use Shopify apps and third-party services to provide Store features such as:

• size charts;
• product options;
• payment processing;
• fraud prevention;
• customer support;
• delivery tracking;
• website security; and
• performance optimisation.

Some of these services may set necessary cookies or use optional cookies and similar technologies.

Where an optional technology requires consent, it should be categorised through our consent-management system and activated only after the relevant consent is given.

10. YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

When you first visit the Store from a region where consent is required, optional cookie categories should be disabled by default.

Cookie durations depend on the technology and provider.

The Shopify durations currently known to us are listed in Section 6.

Consentmo, WeTracked, connected advertising platforms and other Shopify apps may use additional technical identifiers with different durations.

Because Store apps and provider technology can change, the exact cookie list may change over time. Where available, the most current cookie names, providers, categories, purposes and durations will be shown in our cookie banner, preference controls or consent-management records.

We periodically review our Store and consent configuration and update this Policy where appropriate.

13. LEGAL BASIS

Necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide Store functions requested by you, protect the Store and complete transactions.

Where consent is required, preference, statistics and marketing cookies are used on the basis of your consent.

Personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies is otherwise handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy when:

• our Store features change;
• we install, remove or reconfigure an app;
• our analytics or advertising tools change;
• a provider changes its technology; or
• legal or regulatory requirements change.

The updated version will be published on the Store with a revised “Last updated” date.
